OUR STORY

Located in the historic shopping district of Old Colorado City. Alchemy is not just a pub, its an Irish influenced gastropub offering a full bar with an array of craft microbrews on tap, a handcrafted specialty drink list, seasonally changing menu and a late night pub menu. Alchemy offers a unique and innovative dining and drinking experience.  Its cozy rustic atmosphere is perfect for dining with a friend or loved one and is also great for small groups. Reservations are not required, however for parties larger than 6, they are recommended. Our patio is also open with occasional live music and a full bar.
